NOTE: Loop the chain over the cylinder head and secure it to keep it from falling into the crankcase
9Remove the cylinder head from the cylinder, remove the gasket, and account for two alignment pins; then remove the cam chain guide
8Remove the five nuts securing the cylinder head to the cylinder; then remove the four cylinder head cap screws and washersNOTE: Removing the starter will simplify removal of the front cylinder base nuts
10If the remaining cylinder head is to be serviced, apply tension to the loose timing chain and rotate the second cylinder to top-dead-center of the compression stroke; then repeat steps 2-9 on the other cylinder headGZ136A
