CHECKING AND CLEANING DRAINS 1Inspect one-way drains beneath the main housing for debris and for proper sealing2Replace any one-way drain that is cracked or shows any signs of hardening or deterioration CAUTION
The one-way drain to the left is the clean air section of the filter housingAny leak of this drain will allow dirt into the engine intake causing severe engine damage
3Wipe any accumulation of oil or gas from the filter housing and one-way drains
4Install the spark plug; then install the timing inspection plug5Place the two tappet covers with O-rings into positionTighten the cap screws securely
