2Install the steering post nut and tighten to 51 ft-lbInstall new cotter pin MD2405

3Install the inner tie rod endsTighten the nuts to 20 ft-lb and install new cotter pins
6Install handlebar with marks aligned with the handlebar mounting clampsInstall the caps; then tighten the cap screws to 10 ft-lb
