Assembling Crankcase Half 1Place the timing chain into the crankcase; then install the crankshaft assembly into the crankcase half
4Install the oil pump drive chain and driven gear and secure the gear to the pump shaft with the nut tightened to ft-lb; then install the oil pump baffle and secure with the cap screwsTighten securely
2Install two alignment pins and gasket; then install the right-side crankcase halfSecure with cap screw and tighten to ft-lb
