4Install the starter countershaft housing; then install the starter one-way clutch coverTighten the cap screws securely
7Place the V-belt over the driven pulley; then over the bushingspacerPinch the belt in the middle to draw it down into the driven pulley approximately inch

5Install the driven pulleycentrifugal clutch assembly onto the transmission input shaft; then install the centrifugal clutch housing and secure with flange nut (coated with red Loctite #271)Tighten to 40 ft-lb
