NutsBoltsCap Screws Tighten all nuts, bolts, and cap screwsMake sure rivets holding components together are tightReplace all loose rivetsCare must be taken that all calibrated nuts, bolts, and cap screws are tightened to specifications
BrakelightTaillight
Rotate the ignition switch to the ON position and compress both brake leversThe brakelight should illuminateTo replace the brakelight bulb, use the following procedure1Remove the two screws and remove the lens cover2Remove the bulb by pushing it in and turning it counterclockwise3Install the new bulb by pushing it in and turning it clockwise4Install the lens cover
Headlights
NOTE: The bulb portion of the headlight is fragileHANDLE WITH CAREWhen replacing the headlight bulb, do not touch the glass portion of the bulbIf the glass is touched, it must be cleaned with dry cloth before installingSkin oil residue on the bulb will shorten the life of the bulb
! WARNING
Do not attempt to remove the bulb when it is hotSevere burns may result
CAUTION
Tighten the lens cover screws only until they are snug
