CThe thermostat should start to open at 78-82 (172-179 F) and should be full-open at 90 (194 F)DIf the thermostat does not open, it must be replaced3Inspect all coolant hoses, connections, and clamps for deterioration, cracks, and wearNOTE: All coolant hoses and clamps should be replaced every four years or 4000 milesKM339A
INSTALLING 1Place the thermostat and O-ring into the thermostat housing; then secure the thermostat housing cover to the thermostat housing with the two cap screwsTighten securely2Fill the cooling system with the recommended amount of antifreezeCheck for leakage

REMOVING 1Remove the radiator (see Radiator in this section)2Remove the fan assembly from the radiatorINSTALLING 1Position the fan assembly on the radiator; then secure with existing hardware2Install the radiator (see Radiator in this section)
8On the Utility, install the cover and rack (see Section 8)
