2Remove the through-bolt and lock nut securing the bumper to the frame; then remove the bumperCLEANING AND INSPECTING NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is necessary
1Clean all bumper components2Inspect all welds for cracking or bending733-559A
INSTALLING 1Place the front bumper assembly into position and install the through-boltStart the lock nut and finger-tighten only2Install the two flange bolts and lock nuts on the upper supportsTighten all hardware securely
Front Rack
REMOVING 1Remove the two shoulder screws and lock nuts securing the front fender panel2Remove the cap screws and lock nuts securing the rack to the frame3Remove the front rack from the ATVCLEANING AND INSPECTING
