NOTE: The differential must be in the unlocked position for this procedure VOLTAGE 1Select the 2WD position on the front drive selector switch; then disconnect the connector on the actuator wiring harness2With the ignition switch in the OFF position, connect the black tester lead to the black wire in the supply harness; then connect the red tester lead to the orange wire in the supply harness3Turn the ignition switch to the ON positionThe meter must show approximately 11 DC volts4Connect the red tester lead to the whiteorange wire in the supply harnessThe meter must show approximately DC volts5Connect the red tester lead to the whitegreen wire in the supply harnessThe meter must show approximately 10 DC volts6Select the 4WD position on the front drive selector switch; then connect the red tester lead to the whiteorange wire in the supply harnessThe meter must show 12 DC voltsNOTE: The 4WD icon on the LCD should illuminate
