CAUTION Never attempt to force the oil pump into position by hammering or drawing in with the cap screwsThe inner rotor will be broken and severe engine damage will occur
5Completely seat the oil pump against the engine block; then secure with the existing hardware and tighten to 22 ft-lbNote the correct cap screw locationsDE519C
