22Move the enginetransmission slightly forward and shift the rear propeller shaft to the right; then rotate the rear of the assembly out of the left sideNOTE: The front engine mount bracket and fuel filter housing can be removed to allow more clearance at the front of the engine 23Remove the front propeller shaft from the transmission output yoke; then slide the enginetransmission out the left side lifting the transmission to tilt the engine sufficiently forward for the top of the engine to clear the upper frame tubesDE085A
24Attach suitable lift and lift the engine free of the frameTRANSMISSION
NOTE: The transmission can be removed for servicing without removing the engineTo remove the transmission, use the following procedure
1Remove the inner front splash shields, foot pegs, and forward footwells2Remove three cap screws securing the front propeller shaft to the front differential input couplerDE090A
