Never check the coolant level when the engine is hot or the cooling system is under pressure
CheckingReplacing V-Belt
REMOVING 1Remove the right-side footrest (see Section 8)2Remove the cap screws securing the V-belt cover; then using rubber mallet, gently tap on the cover tabs to loosen the coverRemove the cover3Remove the cap screw securing the drive clutch to the flywheel stub axle; then remove the nut and lock washer securing the movable drive face to the fixed drive hub
CAUTION
After operating the ATV for the initial 5-10 minutes, stop the engine, allow the engine to cool down, and check the coolant levelAdd coolant as necessary
