CHECKING AND CLEANING DRAINS 1Inspect the drains beneath the main housing for debris and for proper sealing CD675A
4Remove the air filter elementscreen assembly and separate the element from the screen5Fill wash pan larger than the element with non-flammable cleaning solvent; then dip the element in the solvent and wash itNOTE: Foam Air Filter Cleaner and Foam Air Filter Oil are available from Arctic Cat
2Replace any drain that is cracked or shows any signs of hardening or deterioration
6Dry the element7Put the element in plastic bag; then pour in air filter oil and work the oil into the elementAttach the element to the filter screen
! CAUTION
The drain to the right is the clean air section of the filter housingAny leak of this drain will allow dirt into the engine intake causing severe engine damage
