CLEANING AND INSPECTING
NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is necessary
2Connect the light connectors and secure to the frame; then install the battery, starter relay, and auxiliary brakeConnect all wiring making sure to connect the positive cables first
1Clean all rear body panel components with warm soap and water2Inspect side panels and rear body panel for cracks and loose rivets3Inspect threaded areas of all mounting bosses for stripping4Inspect for missing decalsINSTALLING 1Place the rear body panelfender in place on the ATV; then secure with the cap screws on the side frame and the rear rack assemblyTighten all fasteners securelyKC279
