Front Body Panel Side Panels
REMOVING 1Remove the reinstallable rivets securing the radiator access cover and remove the cover; then remove four reinstallable rivets securing the steering post cover and remove the cover
1Clean all rack components using pressure washer2Inspect all welds for cracking or bending3Inspect threaded areas of all mounting bosses for stripping4Inspect for missing decals andor reflectorsINSTALLING 1Place the rack into position on the frame and front fender panelInstall the cap screws and lock nuts and finger-tighten only2Install the two cap screws and lock nuts securing the rack to the fendersTighten all hardware securely
