11Secure the boot guard to the lower A-arm with the two cap screwsTighten securely12Install the wheel and tighten to 40 ft-lb13Remove the ATV from the support stand 2Remove the wheelsNOTE: Keep left-side and right-side wheels separated for installing them on their proper sides

1Clean the wheels and hubs using pressure washerShoulder Screw Brake Disc Wheel Hub Hub Stud Hex Nut Cotter Pin Wheel Mounting Nut Tire Valve Stem Valve Stem Cap
2Inspect each wheel for cracks, dents, or bends3Inspect each tire for cuts, wear, missing lugs, and leaksINSTALLING Install each wheel on its hubTighten to 40 ft-lbNOTE: Make sure each wheel is installed on its proper hub as noted in removing (the "rotation arrow" (if applicable) must indicate forward direction of rotation)
