3Place the brake caliper assembly into position and secure with the cap screwsTighten the caliper to 20 ft-lb4Place new crush washer on each side of the brake hose fitting and install it on the caliperTighten to 20 ft-lb5Fill the reservoir; then bleed the brake system (see Section 2)6Install the wheelTighten to 40 ft-lbPR239
7Remove the ATV from the support stand and verify brake operation
