8Secure the tie rods with the lock nuts (coated with red Loctite #271)Tighten to 30 ft-lb; then install and spread the cotter pins
! WARNING
Make sure the ATV is solidly supported on the support stand to avoid injury
2Pump up the hand brake; then engage the brake lever lock3Remove the wheel4Remove the cotter pin securing the hex nut; then remove the hex nutRelease the brake lever lock
