Oil Cooler REMOVING
NOTE: It is not necessary to drain the engine oil for this procedure
3Remove the front bumper and front fender panel (see Section 8)4Remove the upper and lower coolant hoses5Remove the cap screws and nuts securing the radiator to the frame6Disconnect the fan wiring from the main wiring harness; then remove the radiatorfan assembly and account for the grommets and collars7Remove the fanfan shroud assembly from the radiator
1Remove the input and output hoses from the fittings on the cooler
! CAUTION
Elevate and secure the hoses to avoid oil spillage
2Remove the cap screws securing the oil cooler to the frameAccount for grommets
