INSPECTING CLUTCH HOUSING 1Inspect the clutch housing for burns, grooving, cracks, or uneven wear2If the housing is damaged in any way, the housing must be replacedINSPECTING PRIMARY ONE-WAY DRIVE 1Insert the drive into the clutch housing2Rotate the inner race by hand and verify the inner race rotates only one direction3If the inner race is locked in place or rotates both directions, the drive assembly must be replacedDRIVEN PULLEY ASSEMBLY
NOTE: The driven pulley is non-serviceable componentIf the pulley faces, cam ramps, or sheeve bushing are worn or loose, the pulley must be replaced as an assemblyDo not disassemble the driven pulleyGZ240
