REMOVING
1Turn the fuel valve to the OFF position2Remove the gas hose from the carburetor by removing the spring clamp; then funnel the gas hose into an appropriate container of sufficient size to catch all the gas from the gas tank3Turn the fuel valve to the RES position and drain the gas from the gas tank4Remove the seatCD589

6Install the float chamber drain hose and the vent hose to the carburetor7Install the gas hose onto the carburetor

5Remove the top handlebar clamps
