INSTALLING 1Place the thermostat and O-ring into the thermostat housing; then secure the thermostat housing cover to the thermostat housing with the two cap screwsTighten securely2Fill the cooling system with the recommended amount of antifreezeCheck for leakage BGrip the screw with pair of vise-grip pliers and pull the seal outAccount for the pump drive sealCLEANING AND INSPECTING
NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is necessary
REMOVING 1Remove the radiator (see Radiator in this section)2Remove the fan assembly from the radiatorINSTALLING 1Position the fan assembly on the radiator; then secure with existing hardware2Install the radiator (see Radiator in this section)
1Clean all pump components in parts-cleaning solvent2Inspect the mechanical seal and pump drive seal for damageNOTE: If the mechanical seal andor pump drive seal are damaged, they must be replaced as set
3Inspect the impeller for corrosion or damageASSEMBLINGINSTALLING
