6Place the jet needle, spring seat, and spring into the vacuum piston; then place the assembly down into the carburetor7Place the top cover into position; then secure with the Phillips-head screwsTighten securely PR154B
5Connect the choke assembly to the carburetor6Install the air filter; then tighten the clamp securing the air inlet boot to the carburetorSecure the air filter housing to the frame with the cap screwsKC0019A
7Install the gas tank; then install the seat
INSTALLING 1Connect the vent hose onto the carburetor2Place the throttle cable into position and secure by tightening the outer jam nut
