CLEANING AND INSPECTING INOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is necessary
1Clean all bumper components with parts-cleaning solvent
2Inspect all welds for cracking or bending INSTALLING 1Place the front bumper assembly into position and install the through-boltStart the lock nut and finger-tighten only2Install the two flange bolts and lock nuts on the upper supportsTighten all hardware securely4Disconnect the four headlight connectors and the taillightbrakelight connector from the sockets
