iNOTE: During assembly, new cotter pins should be installed 13Install the wheel and tighten to 40 ft-lb14Remove the ATV from the support stand8Apply grease to the hub and drive axle splines; then install the hub assembly onto the drive axle
Rear A-Arms
REMOVING
1Secure the ATV on support stand to elevate the wheels
Make sure the ATV is solidly supported on the support stand to avoid injury
9Secure the hub assembly with the nutTighten only until snug
2Pump up the hand brake; then engage the brake lever lock3Remove the wheel4Remove the cotter pin securing the hex nut; then remove the hex nutRelease the brake lever lock5Remove the caliper (right side only)iNOTE: Do not allow the brake calipers to hang from their cablethose
