2Using propane torch, heat the area surrounding the needle bearing to soften the Loctite 2Using suitable driver, install the needle bearing into the gear case housing making sure the bearing is seatediNOTE: Do not push the bearing too far into the housing
3Using flat-nosed punch, drive the bearing out of the housingCC889
3Install the pinion shaft and secure with the existing 48 mm lock collar Tighten to 125 ft-lb
