8 Place the front cover onto the starter housng making sure lt seats properly 6In order, install the thick metal washer7thin metal washer7and the fiber washer on the armature shaft; then install the housing O-ring on the starter housing
9 Apply red Loctte #271 to the threads of the two long cap screws and mstallTghten to 6-9 ft-lb
