PEAK VOLTAGE (5001650 ) iNOTE: All of the peak voltage tests should be made using the Fluke Model 73 Multimeter with Peak Voltage Reading AdapterIf any other type of tester is used, readings may vary due to internal circuitryINOTE: The battery must be at full charge for these tests
Trigger Coil 1Set the meter selector to the DC Voltage position
iNOTE: Test the connector that comes from the engine
2Connect the red tester lead to the green wire; then connect the black tester lead to the blue wire3Crank the engine over using the electric starter
1Set the meter selector to the AC Voltage position
4The meter reading must be within specification
2Test between the three yellow wires for total of three tests3With the engine running at constant 5000 RPM, all wire tests must be within specifications
