REMOVING 1Remove the radiator cap; then remove the water
DISASSEMBLING
1Finish removing the two Phillips-head cap screws
pump drain and drain the coolant
securing the cover to the bearing housing; then remove the coverAccount for the O-ring
2Remove the E-ring securing the impellerlshaft to the bearing housing; then remove the impellerlshaft3 Using Seal Removal Tool, remove the mechanical seal and the oil seal from the bearing housing
2Drain the oil from the engineltransmission
3Remove the four tom-head cap screws securing the front and rear fenders to the footrest; then remove the four cap screws securing the footrest to the frameRemove the footrest
4Loosen the hose clamps and slide the clamps away from the hose ends approximately in then remove both hoses from the water pump5Using an impact driver, loosen but do not remove the two Phillips-head cover screws
