AV-Belt Cover BDriven Pulley CClutch Cover
1Remove the cap screws securing the V-belt cover; then using rubber mallet, gently tap on the cover tabs to loosen the coverAccount for gasket4Make match marks on the fixed drive face and the movable drive face; then remove the movable drive face
2Remove the bearing cap; then using Spanner Wrench to hold the drive pulley, remove the cap screw from the clutch shaft
5Using Spanner Wrench to hold the driven pulley, remove the cap screw from the driveshaft; then remove the driven pulley assembly and the V-belt
