27Place the valve cover into positionHNOTE: At this point, the rocker arms and adjuster screws must not have pressure on them 28Install the four top side cap screws with rubber washers; then install the remaining cap screwsTighten only until snug
29In crisscross pattern starting from the center and working outward7tighten the cap screws securely
30AdJust valveltappet clearance (see Section 2)25Loosen the four adusterscrew Jam nuts; then loosen the four aduster screws on the rocker arms in the valve cover3 1Place the two tappet covers into position making sure the proper cap screws are with the proper coverTighten the cap screws securely
