14Using the Piston Pin Puller, remove the piston pinAccount for the opposite-side circlipRemove the pistonINOTE: It is advisable to remove the opposite-side circlip prior to using the puller
VALVE ASSEMBLY
When servicing valve assembly, inspect valve seats, valve stems, valve faces, and valve stem ends for pits, burn marks, or other signs of abnormal wearINOTE: Whenever valve is out of tolerance, it must be replaced
Cleaningllnspecting Valve Cover
INOTE: If the valve cover cannot be trued, the cylinder head assembly must be replaced
