22Depress the spring-loaded lock and push the plunger into the tensioner 25Loosen the adjuster screw jam nuts; then loosen the adjuster screws on the rocker arms in the valve cover26Apply thin coat of Three Bond Sealant to the mating surface of the valve coverPlace the valve cover into position making sure the two alignment pins are properly positionediNOTE: At this point, the rocker arms and adjuster screws must not have pressure on them
27Install the four top-side cap screws with rubber washers; then install the remaining cap screwsTighten only until snugMD1146
23Place the chain tensioner adjuster assembly and gasket into position on the cylinder making sure the ratchet side is facing toward the top of the cylinder and secure with the two Allen-head screws
