NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is necessary
1Flush the radiator with water to remove any contaminants2Inspect the radiator for leaks and damage3Inspect all hoses for cracks and deterioration4Inspect all fasteners and grommets for damage or wearINSTALLING 1Position the fanfan shroud assembly on the radiator; then secure with existing hardware2Place the radiator with grommets and collars into position on the frame; then install the cap screws and nutsTighten securely3Install the upper and lower coolant hoses; then secure with hose clamps
