6Secure the driven pulley with flat washer and nut; then tighten the nut to 125 ft-lb7Install the movable drive clutch face and V-belt cover (see Section 2)ENGINETRANSMISSION 1Attach suitable lift and place the enginetransmission assembly into the frame from the left side tilting the engine forward sufficiently to clear the frame tube
4Install the front mounting bracket onto the engine and secure with four cap screwsTighten to 20 ft-lb
5Raise the front of the engine and install cap screw, two flat washers, and nut securing the front mounting bracket to the front engine mountDo not tighten at this time
