11Connect the shift linkage to the shift arm and secure with the E-clip12Install the front body panel; then install the front rackTighten the existing hardware securelyWATER PUMP Removing 1Remove the timing belt (see Left-Side Components in this section)2Drain the coolant (see Section 4)3Remove the lower radiator hose and the coolant bypass hose from the water pump; then remove four cap screws securing the water pump and remove the water pump4Thoroughly clean all gasket material from the engine block and water pumpServicing
NOTE: The water pump is not serviceable componentIf it is defective, it must be replaced as an assembly
