11Check adjustment of all valves (see Top-Side Components in this section)12Place small bead of high-temperature sealant on both sides of the fuel rail seal; then carefully install the valve cover with new gasket and oil return bootSecure with existing hardware 17Install the air diverter and connect the air bootsTighten the clamps securely18Install the front body; then install the front rack (see Section 8)UNIT INJECTORS Removing 1Remove the front rack and front body panel (see Section 8)2Remove the air diverter assembly leaving the air intake boots on the ATV; then remove the air filter assembly and mounting bracket
13Using crisscross pattern, tighten the Allen-head cap screws to 6.5 ft-lb; then tighten the two "tamper-proof" torx-head cap screws to 6.5 ft-lb14Connect the fuel hoses to the fuel rail; then connect the crankcase breather hoseDE074A
