When filling the cooling system, use coolantwater mixture which will satisfy the coldest anticipated weather conditions of the area in accordance with the coolant manufacturer's recommendationsWhile the cooling system is being filled, air may become trapped; therefore, elevate the rear of the ATV 30-40 cm (12-16 in to allow air to bleed from the filler neckRun the engine for several minutes; then shut off the engine and fill with coolant to the top of the filler neckNOTE: Use good quality, biodegradable glycol-based, automotive-type antifreeze

REMOVING 1Remove the right-side footrest (see Section 8)2Remove the cap screws securing the V-belt cover; then using rubber mallet, gently tap on the cover tabs to loosen the coverRemove the cover3Remove the cap screw securing the drive clutch to the flywheel stub axle; then remove the nut and lock washer securing the movable drive face to the fixed drive hub
