18Rotate the engine through three or four revolutions; then rotate to top-dead-center (TDC) on the compression stroke and check valve adjustment (see Section 2)19With new gasket installed on the cylinder head cover, apply Three Bond Sealant to the camshaft end caps; then place the head cover into position on the cylinder head 23Place new O-ring on the drive end of the starter; then place light coat of grease on the O-ring and install the starterSecure with the two cap screws and tighten securely
