4Place the washer and pin into position on the oil pump shaft, install the oil pump driven gear, and secure with the snap ringNOTE: Always use new snap ring when installing the driven gearCC163D
2Place the strainer cap into position on the strainer making sure the O-ring is properly installed and secure with the cap screws; then install and tighten the oil drain plug to 16 ft-lbCC976
