3Install the pinion gear assembly into the housingUsing the 48 mm Internal Hex Socket, secure the pinion gear assembly with the existing lock collarTighten to 125 ft-lbNOTE: On front differential, the lock collar has right-hand threadsOn rear gear case, the lock collar has left-hand threads
6Install the shift fork assembly making sure the fork leg is facing upwardApply small amount of oil to the gasket; then install the gasket
7Place the input shaft housing assembly onto the gear housing; then secure with the existing cap screwsTighten to 23 ft-lbCC890
