3Remove the front wheels4Pump up the hand brake; then engage the brake lever lock5Remove the cotter pin securing the hex nut; then remove the hex nut6Release the brake lever lockNOTE: It is not necessary to remove the brake hoses from the calipers for this procedure
9Pull the steering knuckle away from the axle taking care not to damage the seals as the axle clears the knuckle
7Remove the left and right brake calipersAccount for the four cap screws
10Support the axle to not allow it to drop or hang
