5Secure the bearing ring with the circlip making sure the sharp side of the circlip faces away from the boot
8Inspect the axle components for correct positioning of the four clampsAlso, inspect the boots for being correctly positioned on the shaftINSTALLING REAR DRIVE AXLE
1Slide the drive axle into place in the gear caseNOTE: To assure proper seating of the axle, give it light pull; the axle should remain "clipped" in place
