2Compress the reservoir clamp and remove the reservoir hose; then remove the union boltAccount for and discard two crush washers KM800B

4Using new crush washers, secure the brakeline hose to the master cylinder with the brakeline hose union boltTighten to specifications

3Remove the cotter pin from the clevis pin and remove the clevis pin; then remove the two cap screws securing the master cylinder to the frame and remove the master cylinder

5Fill the master cylinder with DOT brake fluid; then bleed the system (see Section 2)
