4Allow the water to coolOn the cooling fan switch when the temperature is within range of 80-85 (176-185 F), the meter should read an open circuit5If the readings are not as indicated, the switch must be replaced6Install the switch and tighten securely7Connect the switch leads NOTE: To determine if the fan motor is good, connect the blue wire from the fan connector to 12 volt DC power supply; then connect the black wire from the fan connector to groundThe fan should operate
! WARNING
Care should be taken to keep clear of the fan blades
Fan Motor
The fan motor connector is located directly above the fanTo access the connector on the Utility model, the front rack and front center cover must be removed (see Section 8)NOTE: The ignition switch must be in the ON position
Fuse Block
The fuses are located in fuse block under the seatIf there is any type of electrical system failure, always check the fuses firstNOTE: To remove fuse, compress the locking tabs on either side of the fuse case and lift out
