Honing Cylinder
1Using slide gauge and dial indicator or snap gauge, measure the cylinder bore diameter in three locations from top to bottom and again from top to bottom at 90 from the first measurements for total of six measurementsThe trueness (out-of-roundness) is the difference between the highest and lowest readingMaximum trueness (out-of-roundness) must not exceed specifications

1Remove the cap screws securing the recoil starter assembly to the V-belt cover; then remove the starterAccount for two alignment pins
