7Using needle nose pliers, remove one piston pin circlipTake care not to drop it into the crankcase KM718A

6Remove the cam chain guide; then disconnect the coolant hose and remove the cylinderSupport the piston with rubber bands or other suitable supportsAccount for two dowel pins and the cylinder gasket

8Using Piston Pin Puller (pn 0644-328), remove the piston pinAccount for the opposite-side circlipRemove the pistonNOTE: It is advisable to remove the opposite-side circlip prior to using the pullerNOTE: Support the connecting rod with rubber bands to avoid damaging the rod or install connecting rod holder
