1Install the secondary and primary driveshaft assembliesAccount for the bearing alignment C-ring on the bearing boss next to the pinion gear1NOTE: Align the bearing alignment pin on the secondary output shaft 4From the left side, install the remaining crankcase cap screws; then tighten only until snugI NOTE: Rotate the shafts back and forth to ensure no binding or sticking occurs while tightening the cap screws
Joining Crankcase Halves
1Verify that the two alignment pins are in place and that both case halves are clean and grease freeApply Three Bond Sealant to the mating surfacesPlace the right-side half onto the left-side half
