Measuring Rocker Arm (Inside Diameter)

1Mount dial indicator and base on the surface plate; then place the cylinder head on the surface plate2Install the valve into the cylinder head; then position the dial indicator contact point against the outside edge of the valve faceZero the indicator
1Using dial calipers, measure the inside diameter of the rocker arm2Acceptable inside diameter range must be within specificationsMeasuring Rocker Arm Shaft (Outside Diameter)
