SuspensionShock AbsorbersBushings The following suspension system components should be inspected periodically to ensure proper operationAShock absorber rods not bent, pitted, or damagedBRubber damper not cracked, broken, or missingCShock absorber body not damaged, punctured, or leakingDShock absorber eyelets not broken, bent, or crackedEShock absorber eyelet bushings not worn, deteriorated, cracked, or missingFShock absorber spring not broken or sagging
If ignition timing cannot be verified, the rotor may be damaged, the key may be sheared, the trigger coilCKP sensor bracket may be bent or damaged, or the CDI unitECU may be faulty

Each time the ATV is used, lights should be checked for proper functionRotate the ignition switch to the lights position; the headlights and taillight should illuminateTest the brakelight by compressing the brake leverThe brakelight should illuminateHEADLIGHT
NOTE: The bulb portion of the headlight is fragileHANDLE WITH CAREWhen replacing the headlight bulb, do not touch the glass portion of the bulbIf the glass is touched, it must be cleaned with dry cloth before installingSkin oil residue on the bulb will shorten the life of the bulb
